Mary Andrews Carlisle is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vulcan Materials Company. Joining the company in May 2006, Ms. Carlisle has held multiple leadership positions within Vulcan's finance and accounting divisions. Before becoming CFO, she served as Vice President of Finance and was also responsible for business development and financial planning for Vulcan's Southern and Gulf Coast Division. Ms. Carlisle holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Spanish from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Alabama. She is also actively involved in community service as a board member of the Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama.
